"This is my first visit to the dentist. I have done some research on this place before making the appointment and all of the reviews I had read are very positive. As a result, I went in expecting everything to be like what I read in the review. The end result? I came out even more impressed with the visit. Dr.Huang is very personable, to a point he'll still chat with you when he's working on your teeth. Of course, I can't say anything, but its not a bad thing, it keeps my attention away from my teeth being worked on. I am very sensitive to pain ANYWHERE around my gums so normally, I go into teeth cleaning session with anxiety. I thought my previous dentist was pretty gentle when it comes to cleaning, but I was so suprised that Dr. Huang is even more gentle! To a point where I had to double check my teeth when I got home cause I didn't feel much and my teeth are as clean as it can be. Wow... That is a first for me. While my teeth are generally in good condition, I can't say the same for my wife's, and I booked her teeth check up the ~the same time as mine and she also had a very pleasant experience. She told me that Dr. Huang has got to be the most honest dentist she's ever had (and she's had many squared). He gave her very honest opinion on what is needed and not needed, unlike her previous dentists who wanted to do all kinds of work even if its not needed. So, even if you like your current dentist, it doesn't hurt to have 2nd opinion by Dr.Huang. He might save you money. "

"I am in the Medical field myself. On top of that, I had a horrible dental experience when I was a child, so needless to say I feel some anxiety when it's time for dental work. I originally came in for an emergency dental fix. Once I entered Dr Huang's office, I felt at ease. His staff was pleasant, educated, and very comforting. I was impressed with the cutting edge technology. He goes to extreme measures to make sure his patients are comfortable and cozy, including TV's on the ceiling. He has a warm atmosphere in the front office including a refreshment bar. Not only is Dr Huang's office new and inovating, he also explains everything he intends to do. He was so gentle. "I was looking for a method to put braces on to fix my smile. When I heard about the 6 months braces, I wasn't very sure if the method was really reliable and effective. After searching for a good dentist in the Bay Area I ended up scheduling an appointment with Dr Huang.
From the start he was very friendly and honest. He explained me the whole procedure and made me feel very comfortable. When I went to other appointments to make sure I had the right dentist, I didn't have the same good impression I had when meeting Dr. Huang.
In the first month I could already see the results happening and by the second month my smile was already looking very good. I had a very crooked tooth, especially the bottom part of my mouth. "Dr. Huang and his staff are very pleasant, compassionate, educated, and go the extra mile to ensure that not only are all your dental needs met to the utmost level of quality, but that all of his patients are comfortable and taken care of. I arrived for my appointment early and was greeted by the lovely receptionist. Within 5 minutes I was lead to the back to begin my filling. Dr. Huang went the extra mile to endure that during the whole process I was comfortable and he answered EVERY question I asked about what was going on. There are even nice flat screen TVs on the walls to help take your mind off of the procedure. You can tell Dr. Huang cares a great deal about his work and is very passionate about it. I give Dr. Huang and his staff 5 stars and if you are in need of a dentist he is the one to go to!

"I recently had two crowns replaced and Zoom teeth whitening done. I received excellent care by Dr Huang and all of his staff members. My new crowns look excellent. Zoom whitened my teeth better than any over the counter or (other) dentist prescribed whitening trays that I have tried in the past. "Why go to any random dentist in your neighborhood shopping center when you know you get the best and most reliable dental services at Dr. Huang's office in Dublin?
I've been going to Dr. Huang since his days in Cupertino. I found the new office even better equipped. Most dental offices are so sterile and have that funky smell. Where at Dr. Huang's office, the decor makes you think that you're in for a retreat with TVs, magazines, and free single-cup coffees. Oh, and did I mention there's a TV hooked from the ceiling so you can even watch TV when you're laying flat on the chair?
Dr. Huang is always patient and lets you know the good, bad, and ugly for all procedures. He cares for his patients like you're one of his friends. Because of Dr. Huang, I begin to enjoy my twice-a-year dental office visits and the unplanned ones in between."

"I've spent my fair share of time in the office. After dismissing dental visits for roughly ten years, I decided it best to get my teeth checked out (and the free whitening for life for new customers didn't hurt). Maybe it's because I hadn't been to a dental office for a decade, but I was very impressed with Dr. Huang's space. I reiterate other reviews, but it really does feel like you're going into a day spa. Dr. Huang is obviously very good and thorough and his staff is helpful and friendly. "What sold me in checking out Dr. James Huang's practice was the "free whitening for life".
His office doesn't appear to be impressive on the outside but as soon as you walk in, you will be more than amazed! It's like going to a SPA!
In the main lobby, his office provides FREE snacks and Internet access while you wait to be called in. As soon as you enter the glass doors to be seated in one of his plush dental chairs, I was handed a remote control that gives me full access to his flat panel TV displayed in front of me!
As my seat was tilted back for full examination, I was surprised with another flat panel above me, hung against the ceiling, so that I may continue watching TV while Dr. J works on my teeth!
Impressive! His office definitely has the most modern, state of the art equipment!
Minor setbacks - 1) Dr J. didn't see me till a half hour later because another patient was running behind. I didn't mind the wait since I got to watch TV. 2) The experience of getting my teeth cleaned was a bit...wet. My face was getting mistified! Nothing to be horrified about but be prepared to get a little spray on your face.
Since this is a new practice, Dr. J seems to be flexible with his hours. My husband got an appt as late as 6:30pm. And Dr. J is the one cleaning my teeth - not a hygienist. I'm taking advantage of the 1:1 on time with my dentist before he gets too busy!
Dr. J and his staff are very cordial, professional, and friendly. If you are looking to change your dentist, I highly recommend Dr. J! You'll love his office!
OH! P.S. As for the whitening, I get my free trays next week and every 6 months for cleaning, I get free whitening gel! WOO HOO!"

"Dr. Huang is AWESOME! Very kind, detailed, friendly and thorough. Does every type of dental/orthodontic/periodontic/surgical procedure and is well rounded with everything. (Hence the name all-in-one) very well educated and has excellent credentials. He explains everything to you and makes you feel very comfortable with him and just being at the dentist overall (cuz everyone hates the dentist). Extremely nice and very clean office, two Tvs in each room, one on the ceiling for the patient to watch and a big one on the wall in front of you. Open late hours too, so its convenient for those who get off work at 5 or later. In the waiting room there are magazines, free snacks, free juice/water, Tv, and free internet use. The ONLY negative is that he has only one assistant so if she's not there he does all of his procedures alone so it might take a lot longer to finish. Overall the place is awesome, Dr.Huang is great and I'd recommend the place to anyone. I live in fresno but he's so good and the place is so appealing that I'll take the drive back up north just to go there."

"Great doctor and great new office! He's my dentist since 2004 and I followed him to his new clinic along with my friends from Concord. It's always a pleasant experience to be there. Dr. Huang sets the tone for the office by putting you at ease while being professional. He has a gentle touch (an absolute must for me) and took the time to explain several items and answer my questions. His staff was equally competent and customer oriented. I learned that if you become a regular patient, you are provided with a free whitening kit and replacement gel every six months. A great bonus and one that will make me a regular patient when I return to the Bay Area (I currently live in Seattle but am relocating.)"

"Dr. James Huang is a great dentist and a really nice guy. Actually the whole family is very nice. My wife and i started going to his brothers' office in Santa Clara about 5 years ago and we were very pleased; so when it came time for us to relocate to the East Bay we were sad that we were going to lose our dentist.
Anyhow we were thrilled to find out that his brother also had a new practice in Dublin. We have been going to this office now for a couple years and i have nothing bad to say. The facility is state of the art, the staff is very friendly and the quality of care is excellent. Dr. James and his wife, as I understand it, were very involved in the design of the office and they did a lovely job. You would think you were in a high end spa on vacation! Takes a bit of the sting out of the dreaded dentist visit.
They also have very convenient appointment system where you can get appointment reminders and text messages if desired to remind you of your visit. Also they have Saturday hours which is great so that we don't have to take time off to make our appointments.

"We moved into Tri-Valley area not very long ago and haven't gotten around to looking for a local dentist. Fortunately, we don't have to look any futher!
At the risk of repeating what other reviewers have to say, I think previous reviews are on-the-mark. Here are my impressions after one visit. I'll leave it up to reviewers to comment on how good Dr. Huang is as I don't have enough experience to comment yet.
The building is quite new, and the interior is clean and contemporary. Thoughtful small touches all contribute to making the experience comfortable and soothing for patients. It's certainly not a stretch for other reviewers to have called All-in-One spa-like!
The staff is friendly. The equipment appears to be state-of-the-art--at least modern; the x-rays are digital, which don't emit as much radiation. You can even watch cable TV (forward and overhead--what a nice touch!) and select your own channel while being attended to. Upon first impression, Dr. Huang is experienced and gentle.
The location is very convenient (for us). The operating days/hours of service support people with busy schedules.
What more can you ask?"
